We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Your appointment is reserved for you and we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling/cancellation policy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time to avoid any cancellation fees. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for their scheduled service. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.
At Seventh Heaven Salon & Spa, providing you with an exceptional experience and the best possible service at every single appointment is our top priority. All of our hair services are non refundable, but if you are not 100% satisfied with anything, please let us know right away. We’ll do our best to make any adjustments while you’re here, ensuring that you leave with a look that you love.
For health and safety reasons, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they’re unopened and unused, within 7 days with a receipt. We understand that getting the right products for your hair care is important, and we will do our best to help you find one that works for you.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you agree to our policies. All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your credit card and/or gift certificate ready when booking. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
